WordPress plugin

The connector that keeps your shop and your marketing in step.

One plugin, installed once. It pairs your WooCommerce store with Auralata over a signed connection, brings your catalogue, customers and orders across, and keeps them current from then on — no export, no spreadsheet, nothing to remember.

Installing it

Four steps, and only the last one needs anything from Auralata.

  1. Download the zip and, in your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.

  2. Activate Auralata Connector. A new Auralata item appears in the sidebar.

  3. Copy your site key from Auralata, under Settings → Stores, and paste it into the plugin's settings page.

The key pairs one store with one account. Nothing is sent before you press connect.

  4. Press Connect. The plugin says hello over a signed request, the import starts on its own, and the page shows you how far along it is.

What it sends

Products with their prices, stock and variants. Customers with the consent they actually gave, per channel. Orders with their lines, so a campaign can be measured against what it earned rather than against clicks.

It does not send post content, media, plugin settings, or anything about visitors who never ordered and never subscribed.

How it stays current

Three mechanisms, because one is never enough. The first import brings across what is already there. Webhooks carry changes as they happen. And a nightly check compares a checksum of each side and re-imports only what disagrees — because WordPress will drop a webhook eventually, and the drift is otherwise silent.

Security

Every request is signed with a shared secret over its body, a timestamp and a single-use nonce, so a replayed request is refused rather than repeated. You can rotate the secret from Auralata at any time; it takes effect immediately. Disconnecting stops the sync and keeps the data you have already imported.

Removing it

Deactivate and delete the plugin as you would any other. It removes its own options and scheduled tasks on uninstall, and leaves your shop exactly as it found it.
