Audiences built from your store, with permission stored per channel
Segments that recalculate at send time from orders, products and engagement — and a consent record per channel that decides what can be sent before you get the chance to make a mistake.
Live, not a snapshot
A segment is a definition, evaluated when the campaign sends. Nobody is targeted on the basis of what was true three weeks ago.
Four permissions, one profile
Email, SMS, WhatsApp and Viber each have their own state, timestamp and source. A campaign can only reach the channel a person agreed to.
Warnings when a segment moves
If a saved audience suddenly matches far fewer people than last week, you are told — that is usually a renamed category or a broken sync, not a change in behaviour.
The segments that survive a changing catalogue
Definitions built on behaviour and time keep working when merchandising renames a category or a seasonal range comes off. Definitions built on catalogue structure do not.
The defaults are the ones that earn: recent buyers, repeat buyers, engaged in the last ninety days, lapsed, top decile by revenue, and subscribers who never bought.
- Filters on orders, products, spend, dates and engagement
- Profiles listed twenty at a time, with paging, so large lists stay usable
- Count shown before and after the consent filter
- Exclusions as first-class — suppress buyers from acquisition
Consent you can actually produce on request
Every permission is stored with the moment it was given, the page it came from and the wording that was shown. Withdrawal is one click and takes effect immediately, on the channel it applies to.
This is the file an auditor asks for first, and the reason a campaign count is smaller than your customer count — which is the correct outcome.
- Per-channel state, timestamp, source and wording
- One-click unsubscribe headers on every commercial email
- Suppression lists that no campaign can override
- Export of a profile's full record when someone asks for it
